Guitar Hero IV Setlist Announced

With Rock Band 2 out, and the setlist kind of disappointing, we now turn to Guitar Hero IV for good games. (Nothing personal, Rock Band, it was still worth the $50 for the extra songs and new modes.) However, Guitar Hero IV doesn't seem to be doing much better. Most of the good songs on here are already on Rock Band 2. There are a few new ones, and for the moment I'd recommend GH4 to anyone who didn't buy the original Rock Band. The ability to import songs from RB1 and a better online music store would make Rock Band 2 my current recommendation to those who did buy the original. Harmonix is also set to release a pack of 20 free songs which may fill in some of the gaps. One possible way that they may be trying to set the game apart: Guitar Hero IV is supposed to include a song editor. If they can somehow get around the copyright issues of letting people share any MP3s, the internet may prove to be a valuable source of music. Below is the list. Songs in both games are bolded. Artists with different songs in both games are also bolded. (Both out of memory, I didn't check it against the list; I've been playing for 12+ hours, though.) It should be noted that a lot of those not mentioned are available from the Rock Band store for about 180 Microsoft points, which isn't too bad; especially if GH4 falls short on their promise for cross-compatibility of instruments and you have to buy a whole new set.
